We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services, to perform services on our behalf, to Perform Site-related services (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing and improve the functionality of the Site) or to assist us in analysing how our Site and service are used. We may disclose to parties outside of Smartcheckups files stored in your Smartcheckups and information about you that we collect, when we believe in good believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) conform to a law, regulation or compelling legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious personal injury; (c) protect the personal safety of any person or property; (d) protect the personal safety of any person or property. Protect against death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Smartcheckups or its users; or (d) protect the proprietary rights of Smartcheckups protect. If we provide your Smartcheckups files to a law enforcement agency as set forth above, we will remove the encryption of Smartcheckups from the files before providing them to the law enforcement agency. Smartcheckups will not, however, be able to decrypt files that you encrypted before you stored them on Smartcheckups.
Smartcheckups may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Customers of Smartcheckups may electronically provide data or information to the Company's services ("Customer Data"). Smartcheckups will not not view, share, distribute or refer to such Customer Data. Smartcheckups shall only have access to Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or resolving service or technical problems, at the request of a Customer in connection with customer support matters, or as by law may be required.
